Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email at the address provided during checkout containing your tracking number.
Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking information to appear or update in the carrier's system.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
Memly is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hellomemly@hotmail.com and include your order number and photos of the package and product.
We'll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
